Oasis Custom Homes was formed in 2002 and has been building new custom homes for almost 20 years.  We are privately owned and operated with roots right here in your community.  We are members of the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association as well as the National Association of Home Builders.  Through our sister company, Oasis Realty, we are licensed Real Estate Brokers and members of the Pinellas Realtor Organization and the National Association of Realtors. We have built homes from 1200 sq. ft. to over 8000 sq. ft and from $175,000 to Multi-Million Dollar waterfront dream homes.

Not only have our team members been working together for almost 20 years, we also have the kind of long-standing relationships with sub-contractors that only comes from partnering with quality trades that share our vision and dedication to detail and quality. 

The process begins by learning about your dream home.  Your wants, your desires, and the vision you have that would turn your dreams into reality.  What style you want: traditional, contemporary, Mediterranean, Transitional.  Many clients have pages of pictures, albums on Pinterest, and links to many websites showing their ideal Kitchen, Bathroom, Finishes and details that will make the home exactly what they desire.  We will discuss all the things you want along with your budget to come up with a plan that is specific for you.  With over 20 years experience matching clients with the perfect location, if you don’t have a lot to build on we will help find the ideal location for you.

Our talented designers and architects will provide you with the initial floor plans based on all of the details you provide during the preliminary consultation. You will have time to review, make comments and changes and then we will revise the plans to make sure they are exactly what you are looking to build. Once the floor plans are approved, we will provide you with sample elevations showing how the home will look from the front and the rear.  Once we have plans and elevations that meet your goals, we then will be able to speak about budgets and estimated costs for your project. It is at this time we will provide you with a new home construction contract, including scope of work, agreed upon specifications and estimates.

While most luxury custom builders will give you a fixed cost price to build a new custom home that is loaded with incredible markups, unrealistic allowances, protections for the builder for what ifs and charging you up to $650 per foot.  This is not the OASIS WAY!  We believe in providing high quality construction, detailed craftsmanship and tremendous value for your luxury custom home.  Almost all of our projects are on an Oasis Cost Plus Contract.  This means that our customers pay what we pay plus a flat fixed fee.  You the customer controls the cost during the process, you select the finishes you want, you determine the level of detail in the house and best of all there are NO CHANGE ORDERS for making these selections or changes along the way.  This alone can save 10’s of 1000’s of dollars during the custom home building process.  Almost 100% of the time, the customer gets a higher quality product at the lowest possible price.  

Oasis Custom Homes will take your final engineered plans and submit to the local building department for all required permits.  Once permits are issued, the ground breaking begins.  We will work with you hand in hand during the entire process to make sure that your dream designed on paper becomes your reality.  From picking out colors, selecting floor coverings, choosing your custom cabinetry and luxury countertops of Granite or Quartz, every step of the way you will have the final say and choice of what you want for your Dream Home.  Both the owner/contractor of Oasis Custom Homes and a full-time project manager will be working with you and overseeing the daily progress of your new home.  Most importantly, you always have direct cell phone access to everyone at Oasis during the entire process.

At each critical point during the process, you will be given ample time and notice for all the selections you need to make.  You will meet with the electrician to determine placement of each outlet, switch and light fixture.  Our Kitchen designer will provide you with a 3-D rendition of your new designer luxury kitchen all the way down to pull out trash bins, pots and pans drawers and every detail in between.  As is true with every step in the process, you are given options, costs, and choices and you make the final decision each step of the way.
